A: There are many movements we could have chosen, but we went with the industry leading Swiss, Japanese Miyota, and Chrono.
Q: Are Bronson watches handcrafted?
A: Absolutely. Watch making is of the last of the hand made arts. We don't skimp on the details. From the straps, to the dials and crowns, it's all put together by human hands.
Q: Is there a warranty on Bronson watches?
A: Bronson has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. Please see our warranty policy for more
Q: Is there a warranty on Bronson bracelets?
A: Bronson has a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship on all of our bracelets as well. Please see our warranty policy for more.
Q: How can I make a return?
A: Any brand new product can be returned to the return address listed on the receipt for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $75 USD. Please contact us at email@example.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
