Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. Federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email at info@bronsonwatch.com.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates include appropriate postage costs as well as costs for handling. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED ITEMS
Bronson Luxury Time Pieces, LLC. ("Bronson") is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the parcel service receives the item for shipment, Bronson is not liable in the event the item is stolen prior to customer acceptance. "Acceptance" is defined as the act of receiving and taking possession of an item shipped. Acceptance includes the opening of the original packaged item FROM Bronson, by the addressed recipient or associated party, including recipients of gifts. If the item is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
