Refund policy

By purchasing, customer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders. Please contact us at info@bronsonwatch.com to schedule the return.

Bronson will prepare no more than two (2) prepaid Return Shipping Labels for the returning items. Bronson will not honor refund requests made 30 calendar days after the expiration of any Return Shipping Label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. International returns may incur a fee. 

REFUNDS
Our refund policy is honorable for 30 days after the date of delivery.

Once a return item is received for a refund request and an inspection has been conducted, we will notify you of the approval decision of your refund. When a request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) business days. Some banks or credit unions may have additional policies. If a refund is approved and is not credited within the specified time, the purchaser should check with their financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within seven (7) days of a refund approval notice, first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to submit an exchange, contact us at info@bronsonwatch.com and send your item to: Bronson Luxury Timepieces PO Box 25358, Cleveland OH 44125, United States.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER POLICY 

In the event that and item is purchased and it is later discovered to be out of stock, the purchaser will be notified via email. The purchaser has three (3) business days after notice to requests a refund. After the allotted time has passed, the item purchased will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. 

POST ACCEPTANCE RIGHTS/ WARRANTY
Bronson Luxury Timepieces, LLC ("Bronson") offers a Limited Warranty on all items purchased through www.bronsonwatch.com. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Bronson. Warranties are valid for 1 year (365 Calendar Days) after the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Our Limited Warranty covers normal wear and tear and defects in material or workmanship. Normal wear and tear is defined as; "Damage that occurs during ordinary use." Damage is defined as; "Physical harm that impairs the usefulness, or normal function of the product." Bronson uses genuine, non-vegan leather in some of our products. Although the mechanics of timepieces may be water resistant, the wearer should protect the leather components from excessive moisture to avoid damage to the material. All items returned for repair or replacement under warranty are subject to inspection by Bronson. Bronson reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the source of damage is determined to be through means other than ordinary use.

WARRANTY OF WATCHES, STRAPS, and BRACELETS 
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

*Batteries 
*Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or accidents
*Scratches to straps, buckles, or case components (including glass/crystal and crown)
*Water damage unless marked water-resistant
*Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from www.bronsonwatch.com

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
